Will someone be present at Offsite to help with questions?
Someone is always available to answer questions by texting 405.309.7595, and we will try to accommodate having someone onsite as requested.
Will there be access to a free parking lot?
Yes. There is parking located across the street from the building.
Can someone help me setup a presentation?
Of course. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to utilize the TV, and we will make sure everything is setup to your liking.
Can I book Offsite for a recurring schedule?
Yes! Please contact us at [email protected] to discuss options.
Is it noisy?
We are connected to Tower Theatre, but you will be surprised how quiet the space is.
Can I use Offsite after normal business hours?
Yes, you can use Offsite after hours for business meetings, but we cannot accommodate parties or personal events after hours.
Are there any additional fees?
Never. We only like good surprises.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to a reservation will receive a full refund. If your cancellation is made within 14 days of your reservation, please reach out to [email protected] to receive a credit for an equivalent booking in the future.
Can you help me make an event extra special?
Of course! We want to make your experience with Offsite unforgettable (in a good way). Please reach out at [email protected] with any special request. We will do our best to make magic happen for you.
Does Offsite have an elevator, or is it ADA accessible?
There is an elevator in Tower Theatre, which our offices connect to. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee entrance to the Tower Theatre lobby to access the elevator. Please reach out by text or email for a recommendation on meeting locations that will meet your needs.
